Pioneer in sustainability expertise. For over 20 years
The volume of sustainable assets under management continued to rise in 2018: As at December 31, 2018, Vontobel managed CHF 23.3 billion in sustainable assets, which corresponds to an increase of almost 70 percent. Sustainably managed assets account for more than 13% of total assets under management. This trend confirms our sustainable investment expertise, which Vontobel has continuously developed since the 1990s.
Vontobel actively deals with climate risks and opportunities
Climate change harbors risks and opportunities for the financial sector. For this reason, Vontobel will begin a scenario analysis in 2019 based on the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD). Vontobel will use this analysis to derive recommendations for action for the future. Our customers will also benefit from this.
