Legal Entity Identifier (LEI)
The new European Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR) will take effect in January 2018. From that point on, a legal entity identifier (LEI) will be required for reportable securities transactions (according to Art. 26 MiFIR (act (EU) Nt. 600/2014)) of legal entities.
