Vontobel Holding AG and / or its affiliates (incl. legal entities, subsidiaries, branches and representative offices worldwide) (“Vontobel, “we”) attach great importance to protecting the privacy of all clients, prospects and third parties (“Event Guest”, “you”) in accordance with applicable legal requirements. By attending this event you acknowledge and consent to the following:
The opportunity to participate in the event is personal and refers to the country/countries in which we actively provide the event. It is not permitted to pass on access data to third parties. If the access data is passed on, especially to third parties in countries in which we do not actively provide the event, we decline any liability for damages that may result from unauthorized participation in the event.
For the purposes of this invitation and / or the organization and execution of this event we and/or involved third parties (such as digital service providers) may collect, process, use and exchange your personal information (such as your name, address, e-mail or any other personal information you provide, “data”), whereby we treat the data confidentially as required by legal and regulatory requirements.
If we commission third parties, your data will only be passed on to them for this purpose and to the extent necessary. This disclaimer is subject to substantive Swiss law to the exclusion of its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all proceedings shall be the city of Zurich/Zurich 1.
